Tempazapam withdrawal

Anything that would pull you out of this would cause you to develop a dependency.  Even the Trazedone.  I'm not sure what the answer is for you since you said the temaz isn't helping the anxiety anymore.  Some say that Vistaril helps them through the WD and that it doesn't cause dependency, but it actually does in many people.  My dad has been trying to taper it for a long time and it's been really hard.

Sounds like you took too much Trazodone.  I took before and it's very sedating and it made me sick because I took too much.
