Ran out of tempazpam 30 mg

I was wondering if any one has any tips.  I have half a pill left and can't get any until Friday.  Every time I run out I get extreme withdrawal anxiety, no sleep, faint and throw up.

I want to quit again as I looked healthy when I quit for 12 days.  I am going to get some over the counter sleeping pills.

You need to get stabilized on the benzo's and can't stop taking them all the time.  That's why you're having such terrible symptoms. 

Thanks for the tip.  I tried some sleepeze at 7 and slept for 3 hours. I woke up exhausted and getting anxiety withdrawals and insomnia. I took my last half a tempazapam.  I will be able to get some in 30 some hours if my refill is approved on Friday morning.  The sleepeze did work for three hours at least.
