Doctors Discussion? Wondering if anyone has experience with helpful dr.?

Someone mentioned a name to me-- a guy who has an entire youtube channel.  Not sure what I think of him.  Wondered if anybody could maybe take a look, see what you think?  Or maybe you have a great dr.?

OK, well specifically wondered about Dr. Fareid Banimahd in Santa Ana, CA. 

Has anyone gone to him, have an opinion about him, watched anything on the entire Youtube channel he has, or would mind taking a look at giving me their impression?

Seems to deal mostly with addicts, which I am not.
