Benzo increases likelihood of thrombotic complications

I came upon an article thats says  Benzo increases likelihood of thrombotic complications. Is this  cause for concern if we want to have the covid vaccine? Especially with bood clot issues..

After reading the summary, I would not put any faith in this study and perhaps not much in the publication it is in.
