12weeks [BROMAZEPAM/CLONAZEPAM/ALPRAZOLAM]

Today I am 12 weeks old and it is a pretty good thing!

I do not have so much anxiety, I think I had a small bad wave, because I caught diarrhea and had fallen into hatred, nothing serious by the way, they lasted 40 seconds, and it only happened to me 2 times but it was not a big thing. (I THINK IT'S CALLED TINNITUS)

I have insomnia, but I think I increased the time, before I slept 2 hours in a row, then I went to 3 hours, and now 3 hours and a half hours in a row but hey, I'm just going 12 weeks and I hope to continue seeing progress.

So you're 12 weeks off of benzo's, this is great!  I'm happy to see your sleep is gaining over your insomnia and I hope the other symptoms you're dealing with lessen as time goes by.

Keep up the positive attitude, it really helps!
