Are mushrooms off limits for a good diet for benzo brain?

Well, I love mushrooms. Almost all of them.

Given that, I am trying a plant based anti inflammatory diet with the help of a nutricionist and she said I could eat them with no problem but you know how niched things get when we are under benzos.

Your thoughts? Anyone here have luck eating them?
