Jordan Peterson’s current benzo issues

In this podcast he briefly mentions his current routine and his work load. He is struggling immensely all things considering. He briefly mentions about 5 minutes in and then later. I think it is the first 20-30 minutes of the discussion.

He mentions about staying in a sauna and then walking daily for staggering amounts of time, that almost seems like a joke. That he’s only able  to work a few hours every couple days, etc
