Lemon balm or passion flower?

I drink lemon balm tea and take passion flower capsules. They do help some. I am also taking Shaklee gentle sleep with valerian, chamomile and passion flower and that helps a lot. I just started to take Gabba, St. John's wort again, and 5htp. I just stopped my benzo this week and know i have serotonin deficiency. these supplements seem to be helping. I work with a natural practioner and my doctor.

I am sorry you found they both made your symptoms worse. I haven't tried them but I have found that most OTC and Rx remedies I have tried for my anxiety and insomnia don't work at all:(

 

I just have to wait to heal. The one thing I do take every night because it USED to work and I am hoping it might again is Melatonin. I take 10mg 30 mins before bed.

 

I hope you find something to help your anxiety and I pray your brain heals so that you don't need anything to help you.
