I am an avid listener. I listen to these things more than I watch TV. If you like listening to podcasts, what are some of your favorite ones to listen to?

Here is one related to benzo withdrawal by Geraldine Burns who actually created the 1st benzo support group on the WWW in 2001 (The Yahoo group).

I have spoken with Geraldine personally.....wonderful woman.

I was an original member, altho much younger then. LOL

Hi, AntiBenzo, and thank you. This page is now bookmarked, as it looks like  a good resource.  Podcasts are great, and I also like the YT channel, Medicating Normal, which is where I heard about this forum.
