I believe this may explain much of what happens in withdrawal.

I did indeed. I saw "We can shut down microglial signaling with inhibitory drugs" but no particulars of what those drugs are.

Did I miss something?  Perhaps it's my abhorrence of twitter as a platform for discussing anything in detail.
