Please tell me this goes away!

Having a really bad wave at 17 months benzo free. One day I’m better and the next day it comes back with horrific symptoms, which create fear and thinking I’m truly deathly ill.

Will I ever be free of this cycle?  Please  tell me it goes away.

Any encouragement would be so helpful.

I can't imagine what you're going through. I am really sorry that you're struggling when you're this far out.

Unfortunately I'm still tapering and have no words of wisdom but I would suggest you post in the post recovery support forum http://www.benzobuddies.org/forum/index.php?board=146.0

They are very active and all of them are in post withdrawal recovery i.e. after stopping benzos.

I hope this wave passes quickly for you and that you heal without further complications.
