Chest tightness

Ugh this chest tightness is so annoying it’s like so constant and annoying. Cant wait for this to leave.

I'm so sorry that you're struggling. I understand. That feeling is so awful. But it will pass. Really!

I have it off and on plus literally thousands of PVCs. I knew it was stupid benzo injury so got to the point where I’d say - ok, whatever, if you are going to have a heart attack let’s do this thing. Your brain gets surprisingly bored with that since there’s just nowhere to go with it. Hang in there - it gets better.

Ug. I get this too during my taper.  It's soooo annoying.  I feel like I could exercise without this symptom.  Mine comes and goes so I know it will go away fully. 

 

Yah this is one of my more annoying symptoms guess it’s just muscle tension cause I also feel tension in my shoulder blades and back. Sometimes I calves also so hopefully soon these tense muscles will ease up.
