[Ch...]
I am in the habit (and I know it is not advisable) of occasionally, as a sleeping aid, adding a tiny extra amount of benzos onto my daily dose. This will invariably be if I am stressed and cannot sleep after a while. It is usually i.e. 0.05 mg or less. It acts like a sleeping pill and knocks me out. I always pay for it the next day with a severe hangover. Everything feels slowed down. Has anyone else experienced such dramatic effects from such small increases? It was the same when I was on much bigger doses as well and the % ibcrease was smaller. I have not tried adding the extra at the same time as the normal dose, as a control to see if the effects are any different. has anyone else noticed such severe sedation from a small one-off increase? I am also wondering if the "benzos on benzos" factor is significant. I guess I coudl experiment as a one off but dont want to have even one unnecessary day with a benzo hangover.
