coming up to 12 months benzo free.

I was taking xanax and escitilopram for probably 4 years .

In a bad wave now for the last 2 weeks. Have had both covid jabs AZ. Getting really bad sinus head pain again. Happened at 8 months off too.

Welcome to BenzoBuddies, we are glad you are here!  Congratulations to you for letting benzos go.  We at BB do understand what a significant accomplishment this is.  It was a bit discouraging for me to discover that 'life' keeps on happening even though I was in withdrawl, with things such as sinus problems!
