Welcome to BenzoBuddies, I am glad you have joined our community.  If you've looked around here, you may already have learned that we support a slow taper from benzos.  A reduction of 5-10% every two weeks or so tends to keep withdrawl symptoms to a minimum and allows a person to stay functional.  Are you tapering on your own or is your doctor helping you?  Should you need help or information, you can go to this board:
