15 mons update

Hello BB,

I am 15mons Benzo free. No other med and no AD ever.

Lot of things have improved when i compare from 6 mons ago.

Last year I was scare to go mail box or grocery store and last week I traveled alone and took a flight from Chicago to LA :smitten:

Sleeping well, I would say I am 70-80%.overall..

My main issues are head pressure and weird head feelings(may be light version of Dp/Dr). and mahy be head issue causing blurry vision.

Also I am not that often on these sites anymore...which is also a good sign

Congratulations on your journey. I too have the head issues hoping next few months to be at 75% currently feel like im at 50%.. Thanks for sharing.

Congrats on your significant progress, JRBenzo!  I am at 14 months and still suffering with the head pain and weird head sensations! 

 

Keep on healing and come back and share your success story with your fellow BBs?!
