My neck literally feels broken

Any one else.

And as soon as I eat anything g at all all my muscles lose time and my whole spine collapses on itself and my head flops around on my neck and even lying down feels like will dislocate.

Truly everything you eat? Is there anything that you don't react like that? How soon does it cuure and how long does it last ?  Anything to do with the amount you eat?

I have it whenever my neighbor vaping like my brain is being poisoned by illegal drugs immediately

I believe it's the brain agitated or attacked and sending wrong signals.

It feels broken all of the time. The reactions just make it worse.
