Nasal spray can cause nervousness, anxiety and insomnia. Who knew?

Things have been getting a bit better for me. My sinuses were swollen in the middle of the night so I used a nasal spray and then my anxiety went through the roof couldn't go back to sleep. Looked up the side effects, anxiety, nervousness, insomnia. So be careful, if your nervous system is too sensitive you might react. Now in a bad wave!!!
