Was wondering What are the symptoms during a cross-over ? ( even slow).

I’ve never seen anything where Ashton addressed this (but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist of course). When I crossed over from Klonopin to Valium I had increased anxiety a few times and a really intense pressure in my forehead. They went away a few months after I crossed over so I assumed they were withdrawal symptoms from getting off the Klonopin.

I felt a little sleepy for 2-3 weeks. Maybe one or two short-lasting (hours) depressive episodes. Piece of cake.
