15 months very good

i took valium for three months. now I am 15 months off. i feel pretty well

 

I am pretty optimitic that another 3,4 months and i will be totally recovered.

Mensch325, that's great! Did you taper? When did you start to feel mentally better? I am always comparing notes with my fellow short-term users as my mental symptoms are awful at almost 7 months out from cold turkey withdrawal.
