Numbness and pain

Have some numbness and pain on the face and scalp. Have it on my eyes, nostrils, and inner ear too. Never had thr numbness before. Hope it gets better once night is over as symptoms tend to flare up at night. I worked out a bit and I feel like my body is swollen so i wonder if that has made things worse plus caffeine I had in the afternoon.

I have this too. It began after 7.5 months off lorazepam. New symptoms scare me, but I try to tell myself it won’t always be this way. Hope yours improves soon!
