26 months off zop, fear going crazy anxiety not easing!

I'm 26 months off zopiclone, about 10 months off anti depressants. The anxiety been really bad since trying anti depressants, mainly OCD type symptoms, fear may have hurt people. The depression largely gone. Got family from hell that cause massive wave recently but that is easing. Just no matter what I try re therapy just doesn't help. Just need bit hope it will eventually ease and be manageable. Def due to withdrawal as never experienced it before. Trying omega 3 at moment.

I am so sorry you are suffering. I'm sure it's not easy with family making things worse. I hope this will pass soon. I understand what you're going through I've been really struggling myself. Sending out love and hugs to you.
