9 months hell

Hello everyone! I was taking not the highest dosage of benzos for 1 month, and after withdrawal  still in the hell with terrible symptoms 7 months later:

Brain fog

Feeling neuroinflammation (head pressure)

Not recovering sleeping

Complete anhedonia

Brain zaps

Body shakes when falling asleep

Depression

No anxiety at all....

I would appreciate your help guys!

It sounds like you're benzo free but still suffering symptoms at 7 months after taking them for only a month?  Can you tell us what dose and how you tapered or if you tapered? 

Your symptoms sound awful but it's very common to still be experiencing symptoms this far out, I know its terrible though, and so unfair.

We can help support you as you go through this, its important to surround yourself with people who understand because our brain is busy telling us we'll never recover but we do.
