Blood pressure.

Hello can someone tell me what are normal blood pressure and what is low blood pressure as in numbers please thank you. 😊

Kindly note that it is always meant to be "resting" blood pressure. The resting part is the key. I always sit for 10 mins and breathe deeply, and then take my reading.
