Need Help on a Crossover from Ativan to Valium

Hi Everyone:

I'm still looking at options of a longer acting benzo.

I currently take 0.699 Ativan split into 3 equal doses of 0.233 mg.

If I wanted to move over to Valium how would I complete this crossover.

For the record, I was stable until I was given 5 mg of versed at a colonoscopy (didn't know) and I've been suffering ever since with every symptom, so I am currently very unstable, but need to get on something longer acting etc.

How would I cross over to valium with amounts etc.

I already have a plan if I go with clonazepam.
