Is there a safe blood pressure medicine

I need to get on blood pressure medicine but I don’t want to get a setback , anyone have any experience with a blood pressure medicine that didn’t give them issues ?

I have been on Valsartin many, many, years. I started on the brand name Diovan, now take a generic. Still taking it as I go through tapering, never had any problems. Upon the advice of my Endocrinologist, I switched from morning to evening (Like between 6 & 7 pm) dosing. My evenings are when I feel best each day, so it most certainly isn't setting me back.

I've taken carvedilol for years. It's a low dose (6.25 mgs) and hasn't given me any problems.

Oke whats the problem bp too high i assume? Or toolow blood pressure.

 

Incase of too high could alternatively take black garlic for a few weeks. Fix it with diet and excursise if that is an option for you.

Avoid eating liquorice.

 

Unless you bp is too low. Its easier to get it up rather then down.
