Need advice on tapering

Hi,  I have been on 10 mg valium, 1 mg ativan and 30 mg tamazapam for approx 5 years.  I have a telemed visit tomorrow with an addiction specialist and after viewing some of your tapering schedules I am wondering which drug I should ask to be tapered on - Clonapin, valium?  Any input is welcome and thank you in advance!
