Zolpidem

How did you guys taper from Zolpidem? Did you start taking doses during the day to stop interdose withdrawal? I’m currently at 7.5mg

I didn't taper, I quit cold turkey but I've read others who tapered it similarly to benzo's which could mean dividing your doses.  You might want to ask the folks in this thread how they taper it. http://www.benzobuddies.org/forum/index.php?topic=97331.0

 

Gotta tell you though, once I stopped taking it the inner vibrations, anxiety and horrendous dark thoughts went away within a day or two.  The sleep took longer to come back but life is wonderful without Zolpidem.

I don't know, we don't have as many tapering from z drugs as benzo's but I've watched a lot of members get free of them.
