The drug is most likely out of your body, if you want to be sure I guess there are tests that can be done to know for sure.  The changes the drug made to your brain however will take awhile to repair, you'll probably continue to experience withdrawal symptoms for quite some time, possibly months.  I quit cold turkey too and it took me 14 months to recover.

That sounds pretty good considering you quit cold turkey such a short time ago, are you able to take care of your responsibilities?  I found that I had to make lots of lists and take notes to handle things, many have work-arounds to help them get through this.
