Please help! I'm so confused - liquid taper

HI All,

 

I wanted to try a daily micro liquid taper but I'm so confused i've been trying to read the threads and i'm lost.

 

Currently i'm following a formula of 1mg Ativan: 2mg Vodka: 8ml Water.....

It feels like a lot of vodka... am I able to do less vodka and still have an even mixture?

 

I've read about people who use like 150ml and pull out 1ml / day.. i would really like to switch to this method but i don't know how to calculate my dosage... and how much vodka would I put in it if i were to do it that way ?

 

I dose 2x/day @ 0.21mg per dose (so 0.42 /day).

 

Please help me figure this out my brain fog is bad I can't think.

 

I need to taper but my sxs are SO BAD.

I use 1mg Xanax + 2ml vodka + 98ml water. This gives me 100ml of solution. I then drink the ml as per my titration plan, and I find it easier to deal with 100ml of solution than 10ml of solution. For e.g. 26.4ml is easier to pull in a syringe than 2.64ml.

Just to clarify: if you wanted to have 0.264mg, it is much easier via 26.4ml than 2.64ml. That is why I prefer the 100ml solution.
