Jumped Yesterday - And Enjoyed My First 24 Hours Benzo Free :)

After 143 days a titrating Klonopin that I took for a year, I made the jump yesterday. It was surprisingly anti-climatic haha, but I'm really happy. I even slept through the night last night pretty well.

 

I expect that withdrawal may get a bit worse over a few days, but then will subside. I was careful, got to a really low dose, and made sure I wouldn't land too hard.

 

Thank you to all in this community, many helped me so much...hopefully I can return the favor to other members.
