Unisom losing its effect

I have to take 2 now to get even a few hrs sleep. I cannot go without any sleep every night.

 

Im so exhausted

UGH! That sucks so much. When will you be able to get some MJ?

Not for a couple of weeks at least.

Hi, Shayna 78, I'm taking 3 Unisom most nights.  It gives me a few hours of sleep.  But I became tolerant to two fairly quickly, after taking one for years.  I hope you get some good rest soon.

It’s crazy, a couple of weeks ago I was taking 1/4 and it was giving me 3 hrs, now 2 and 3 hrs. I don’t even take them every night 3 per week only. Maybe it’s just the wd is too strong to override x
