I now have two Ticker Factory images!

Joining the Ticker Factory image for being off benzos more than four years is a new one - off of Tegretol for three days!  The latter was easier to come off of than the benzos and healing continues on all fronts.  Having had my first Covid vaccine (Moderna) the week of jumping off the Tegretol probably confounded the picture a bit (pain, sleep issues) but feeling "human" again.  Another bonus of no more AE med is the normalization of my WBC  .  Giving myself a few weeks break and then tackling the weaning process off med #3, the doxepin.  Forge on fellow benzobuddies and don't lose hope; better days are ahead and even when you are in the darkest recesses of your being with exhaustion, doubt and fear, you WILL prevail and recover.  Good luck and courage to all......
