Please help

How does waves and windows feel like I really don’t know anything about that I’m barely 7 weeks off Xanax and I want to know what it’s going to feel like for the rest of the months till I’m completely healed.  Thank you.

I quit cold turkey too and I didn't feel waves and only had one window and it lasted just a few seconds, I was walking up my stairs and felt totally normal but the window slammed shut right after that.

 

You may or may not experience waves and windows so don't worry if you don't.  The best thing you can do is record your symptoms, I didn't do this so my brain refused to see I was healing, it only saw the negative.  If you keep track then you'll be able to see on paper that you're recovering even when your brain will lie to you and say you're not.

I also did not get windows. Just slowly got better over time
