Is this normal for waves?

Can someone help me understand if this is normal when dealing with waves and windows?

I'm noticing that when in a wave, my symptoms are more local now. Example my two biggest groups of symptoms are my abdominal section and my vision, with a few old symptoms that pop up every now and then but don't stay long

And they tend to change roles, like for 2-3 months I'll deal with visual issues... Then it'll change to stomach issues. Is it normal for a wave to last so long and is it normal for the symptoms to switch roles? This has been going on so damn long I'm losing hope that this will ever end.

Waves can be different for everyone - like healing times.  You sound like you are doing well though,  I know you probably don’t feel it - keep going, you will heal.
