starting valium switch tonight, suggestions?

On Klonopin .5mg (.25 in am and pm) and just picked up the valium to start the switch process this evening, any suggestions?

I think I figured to decrease evening dose Klonopin to .125mg and add in 2.5mg Valium, does that seem correct?

ive never had valium before and was hesitant to add a new drug, but I trust the process through which a majority of people seem to be having positive outcomes.

I was also weaning down on hycodan cough syrup but am holding at 3.7ml since we realized the Benzos are what have been causing all of these horrific symptoms.

Also on amitriptyline (down to 10mg) & Belsomra 10mg that id like to be off of, but shouldn't try to wean on these at the same time, right?

Personally, I wouldn't wean two things at the same time. If you run into trouble, you won't know the cause.
