Six month wave

Can someone explain what the six-month wave feels like also how long does it usually last

Everyones months and waves are different so this is almost impossible to answer!

 

You've come very far so focus on the great progress  you've made. i know this is hard, and honestly you have a some bumps ahead of you still - but it does get better bit by bit. Take good care of yourself, distract, accept this journey, and it takes time.

 

Its a year fro me now and things are so much better - def not perfect - but better:)
