Is this a benzo WD symptom ?

Man Just letting you know, i have intrusive thoughts , repetitive thougts, a medication helped somehow, as im early on WD too im feeling to much anxiety, like an 24/7 non stop agony/anguish, that i didnt stopped  repeating tô myself things like > in f..up , im screwed, and related speechs, ending on suicidal thoughts

when i have memories, think about old friends, old relationships i end up ruminating, feeling embarassed, etc. Just negative things and bad views  and feelings

overthink, ocd; intrusive thoughts, looping thoughts are common on WD  , Hope we Get better

I feel this way too often. I am just too embarassed about my existence. Hopefully after healing I will be in better state
