Can you pre cut 0.25 clonazapam dissolving tablets?

Has anyone used the dissolvable tablets?

It doesn't come up very often.  Seems to me like you should at least be able to cut them in half.  Maybe they'll titrate just like a regular pill??  Might be a good question for your pharmacist.

 

I know that time-release pills cannot be cut or crushed for titration.

Are you in the US? If so, the 0.125mg and 0.25mg tablets are Orally Disintegrating Tablets (ODTs). As the name implies, these tablets are designed to quickly disintegrate in salvia when placed on (not under) the tongue.

 

You can use the Search function to find posts from members who have used (or considered using) ODTs (also referred to as wafers).

There is a .125mg tablet available so I would look into that.  It’s fairly small but yes, you can break those, although it might get tricky to break into quarters.
