Crohns

I’ve posted before looking for anyone that has crohns or was diagnosed before WD. I can’t find anyone.

I’m having so many crohns flares and fissures. It’s to the point that my bowels are now pressing into my vagina.

I have not wanted to take anything for it and my doctor agreed that changing my diet could possibly help before trying anything.

It feel like my bowels are pressing my hips into my legs. I need advice for anyone with this disease. Ways to naturally help.

Usually plant based diets have worked very well for me but I’m heading towards no remissions and it’s defeating.
