Help with DLMT schedule

I don't mean to be so dumb but my brain just won't let me figure this out.  Think I'm really scared of making myself feel worse.  I am at .556 mg Ativan using the liquid 2mg/ml mixing 1 ml liquid ativan with enough water to make 300 ml.  Dosing 17.8 ml 3x/day and 35.6 ml at bedtime.  How would I figure out my amounts if I want to taper at 2.3% per month using the DLMT?
