Is Tinnitus sometimes related to muscle tightness in head and neck?

Hi All,

After two long years I am very close to the end of my taper off of Ativan. I experienced tinnitus off and on during my taper. Recently it has become more intense. I'm also experiencing more muscle soreness and tightness in my upper back between my shoulder blades and back of neck. I also often feel a like I have a low grade headache.

I've had a whole lot of symptoms - first it's this and then it's that. I seem to be checking all the boxes, but I always move through them.

Could the tinnitus be related to my muscular symptoms. Does anyone know?
