Hello all, my last Valium was end June 2016, I had 11 months of pure hell and it was over, now all is OK, so keep going with no fear!

Could you explain what your worst symptoms were? I also took valium and although it was a small amount, I do not recover and I have already made the 3-year mark on January 4, 2021.

my stomach and head pressure and muscle aches are my worst symptoms.
