Need help with klonopin taper

I've been on and off klonopin for 20 years, I've CTd twice and I have kindled myself and I hit tolerance withdrawal. I started to taper off finally but I need a bit of help with the taper plan. I'm now at 23.4 but I'm struggling to find my next taper dose. Any help and encouragement would be greatly appreciated. I'm so exhausted and my brain is fried. Dealing with alot of grief 🥺. It sounds like you have a lot of experience with benzo's, this helps because we won't have to explain how this works, too many are blindsided by what's happening to them.  I quit cold turkey too so I'm glad you're going to taper this time, can you tell us what you've been doing thus far?

 

Am I reading your Klonopin dose correctly, are you taking 23.4 mgs a day?  I'll give you some links to the forum to get you started but please let us know how we can help you.
