3 months off Ativan tapering with Valium scared as hell please any words of encouragement will be greatly appreciated I was put on Ativan at 22 I’m now 40 please I’m soooo scared

A big congrats to you for letting Ativan go!  I was a long-time benzo user also and it felt really strange and scary not to have them any longer.  I am seven months off Klonopin and feeling so much better without benzos now.  Most of our members who taper off go on to heal and and enjoy life again.  Are you having any withdrawl symptoms?  This link is for support for people who have finished their taper:
