Do benzos(ativan) cause looping songs in mind(mind racing/ocd)

Sometimes the songs I’ve listened to, get so loud, when I’m not listening to anything and everything is quiet. I’m just wondering if this goes away after I’m off? It’s almost like a stress response, or mind looking for anything to grab onto. It makes me feel insane, it’s like the songs are playing but they aren’t. What about mind racing? And ocd? I never used to be like this. I feel like I haven’t had a true sleep since I started taking ativan in 2013.

OCD-like symptoms such as thought looping is VERY common during withdrawal.  I found it useful to keep my mind busy so that it didn't have as much time to overthink stuff.  Didn't always work, but it helped.

The songs in my head are such an aggravation.  I hope the music stops too!
