I haven’t updated in months 8 months off on the 19th

Hi all!

 

I haven’t been on here in awhile and haven’t updated cause everything was so up and down, I felt like every time I said I was getting better I would take two steps back, you all know how it is. Well the last almost 3 months I’ve seen a lot of improvement I’ve seen deep sleep more windows than waves the 24/7 anxiety over nothing is way way down.  life is like 80% back to normal for the most part I still have symptoms but not like it was. Unless something changes I probably won’t be back on here until I’m completely healed to write my story.

 

I just wanted to say thank you BB for all your help and advice idk where I would of been without you guys.

 

Hopefully I’ll be back here to write my story soon.
