Topical Antifungal?

i’ve heard a lot about how antifungals are so toxic. I use a topical ciclopirox. It’s either that or allow my nails to get totally eaten up.

So do you all feel topical is toxic too?

If your nails are that bad you will need an oral but I have started a thread on this too, my toenails are too far gone for topical but I dont want toxic either yet need them sorting. Looking for less toxic alternative.
