Blood pressure spikes

It’s been 20 months since I finished my taper. I’ve had Teo episodes of blood pressure spikes especially early in the morning. First time lasted a week I didn’t take medication, it started this week again.

Any thoughts?

I have dealt with BP spikes and HR the whole process. It has gotten better now and only happens 3 or 4 times a month. Early on it would happen more often and sometimes evening standing up would send it through the roof. I have HBP anyway but it has always been well controlled prior to benzo withdrawal.

Mine is definitely affected by withdrawal. Did you have any problems before benzos?

Same for me.  I do not have HBP issues, only started via BENZOS.  Since I am still tapering, it's still hitting me every night like clockwork.
