Reaction to red wine vinegar & Worcestershire sauce

Hi everyone,

 

A few months ago a friend made me dinner - salad with red wine vinegar dressing - whoops had huge wave of awful symptoms.  Then a friend last night made me something with Worcestershire sauce & im having a spike in symptoms - does anyone else have sensitivities to these too? Help!!!

Yes. Alcohol, vinegar and most every other additives even natural food.

Alcoholic, fermented stuff, soy and stuff containing MSG tend to be the worst offenders.

Thanks. Does ref wine vinegar have alcohol? When I googled it said it didn’t have alcohol not I’m thinking it must have.

It's made from alcohol. It shouldn't contain any significant amounts.
